This entire creative film project was achieved with no budget, two old consumer fixed-lens cameras, and one cheap Chinese “Go Pro” knock-off. All the non-union actors were volunteers, and the scheduling was a colossal nightmare. Pulling it off was a major undertaking that required monumental effort and creative juggling. The writing, lighting, art direction, cinematography, and editing were all a one-man show.

JUDE – Recut is a shorter version of the JUDE docudrama, eliminating a couple of scenes without losing the narrative’s essence. I created, wrote the script for, shot, and edited all the footage except the aerial shots from “Quadrotor Dragonfly,” which were used with permission. All the music was legally licensed and purchased from Pond5 (https://www.pond5.com/) and Fesliyan Studios (https://www.fesliyanstudios.com/).
